Security & Infrastructure
Enterprise defensive controls, edge protection, hardened WordPress FSE engineering, and responsible vulnerability disclosure protecting WebWizBD and client platforms.
Defense-in-Depth Engineering
Security is engineered into our architecture from the ground up — from Cloudflare Turnstile bot deterrence at the network perimeter to strict WordPress AST validation, nonces, prepared SQL statements, and encrypted credential handling.

01 Security Architecture Overview
At WebWizBD, platform reliability and client security are foundational principles. We build modern, performant web platforms that resist automated brute-force attempts, prevent cross-site scripting (XSS), eliminate SQL injection risks, and maintain data confidentiality.
Our multi-layer defense stack encompasses edge filtration, application-level sanitization, strict database parameterization, and isolated hosting infrastructure.
02 Cloudflare Edge & Bot Defense
All inbound traffic is inspected at the global edge network before reaching application origin servers:
Cloudflare Turnstile
Non-intrusive CAPTCHA replacement verifying legitimate human interaction without frustrating interactive image puzzles, stopping credential-stuffing and automated form spam.
Automated DDoS Mitigation
High-capacity volumetric flood absorption, HTTP rate limiting, and Layer 3/4/7 distributed denial of service shields.
Global CDN Caching
Static asset serving across 300+ worldwide edge locations, minimizing origin server workload and preventing server exhaustion.
Web Application Firewall
Real-time rule evaluations blocking known CVE exploits, zero-day threat patterns, and automated exploit scanners.
03 WordPress FSE Hardened Standards
We build adhering strictly to the latest WordPress Core & Full Site Editing coding guidelines:
- Input Sanitization & Output Escaping: Every dynamic parameter is sanitized at ingestion (sanitize_text_field, sanitize_email, absint) and safely escaped at rendering (esc_html, esc_attr, esc_url, wp_kses_post).
- Cryptographic Nonces & CSRF Protection: All AJAX handlers (contact inquiries, Payoneer modal forms) verify one-time cryptographic nonces (check_ajax_referer) to neutralize cross-site request forgery.
- Prepared Database Queries: Direct SQL interpolation is strictly prohibited. All queries use $wpdb->prepare() or native WP_Query abstractions.
- Zero Dangerous PHP Functions: No eval(), exec(), system(), or unvalidated unserialize() calls exist anywhere in our custom codebase.
04 Secrets & Credential Hygiene
Strict isolation protocols protect sensitive client credentials and third-party API keys:
- Zero Hardcoded Secrets in Git: API tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile keys, Telegram bots, mailer credentials) are injected via environment constants or secure options, never committed into public or private Git repositories.
- Credential Rotation: Client-provided hosting or SFTP credentials used during migration are stored in temporary encrypted vaults and destroyed immediately following deployment.
- Isolated Staging Environments: Client work is built on isolated sandboxes with randomized database table prefixes and restricted search-engine indexing.
05 Data Encryption Standards
All electronic transmissions between visitors and WebWizBD servers are encrypted utilizing TLS 1.3 protocols with 256-bit certificates. We enforce HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long max-age headers to prevent SSL-stripping attacks.
Data stored within our backend systems is held on encrypted storage volumes with restricted kernel-level permissions.
06 Backups & Disaster Recovery
To prevent catastrophic data loss, we maintain proactive backup routines:
- Automated Offsite Snapshots: Database and file snapshots are captured daily and stored in georedundant, encrypted cloud storage.
- Point-in-Time Recovery: Rapid rollbacks can be executed within minutes in the event of hardware degradation or upstream outages.
- Pre-Deployment Backups: Prior to any code update or theme version upgrade, full site checkpoints are verified.
07 Access Controls & Least Privilege
Internal developer access is granted strictly on a need-to-know, least-privilege principle. Administrative access requires strong passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA), and secure SSH key pair authorization.
08 Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
We welcome reports from independent security researchers and developers. If you identify a potential security vulnerability in our website or digital infrastructure, please submit your findings responsibly:
- Email Disclosure: Send a detailed summary, including proof-of-concept steps, to webwizbd@gmail.com and admin@webwizbd.com with the subject line "[SECURITY REPORT]".
- Response Time Commitment: We acknowledge all valid security reports within 24–48 business hours and provide status updates as remediation proceeds.
- Safe Harbor: We pledge not to pursue legal action against researchers who discover and report issues in good faith without accessing unauthorized user data or disrupting live service availability.
